Capital & Investment Requirements

The 2.5B / 10B Standard

Minimum Paid-Up Capital
As per Article 26(9) of BKPM Regulation No. 5 of 2025, each PT PMA must commit to a minimum paid-up capital of IDR 2,500,000,000 per company.
Total Investment Value
As per Article 26(2), total investment must exceed IDR 10,000,000,000 per 5-digit KBLI per project location.
12-Month Lock-Up Period
Under Article 27, paid-up capital may not be withdrawn for 12 months, except for direct business expenses.

Mandatory OSS Self-Declaration

The client must sign a legally binding self-declaration in the OSS system confirming compliance with the capital lock-up requirement.

PT Bali Nusa Nirwana is not liable for administrative sanctions arising from false declarations or unauthorized fund withdrawals.

Additional Compliance Requirements

Zoning & Spatial Compliance

Reference: PP No. 28 Tahun 2025. Base package pricing applies only to locations with integrated RDTR. If PP 28/2025 requires manual PKKPR (Spatial Approval) or specific Standard Certificates per KBLI, additional fees may apply.

KBLI Investment Logic

Sector-specific calculations apply. Food & Beverage per 2-digit KBLI per location. Wholesale & Construction per 4-digit KBLI. Property Development includes land/buildings if developed as integrated complex.

Payment Terms

50% Initial Deposit
Non-refundable. Initiates name reservation and notarial drafting.
50% Final Payment
Payable upon issuance of the NIB.
